Award Overview
The London Young Artist Award is a platform for students aged 4-25 to learn about environmental and social issues through art and creative communication, and to become advocates for positive change. Encouraging young artists to share their perspectives on sustainability through storytelling and creative expression contributes to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The award is open to participants from around the world.

2026 Season 5
A CREATIVE CHALLENGE FOR TEENS WORLDWIDE
This season invites young artists to explore how we are shaping the future together.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) highlight the most urgent global challenges, from climate change and inequality to health, education, and sustainable living. This theme encourages participants to engage with these issues through creative expression, transforming global concerns into personal, visual, and imaginative works.
“Creating Tomorrow” focuses on action and possibility. It asks not only what the future might look like, but how our choices, ideas, and innovations contribute to building it.
“Art for a Shared Future” emphasises that the future is collective. It is shaped across cultures, communities, and generations. Through art, participants are encouraged to reflect on connection, responsibility, and the role each of us plays in creating a more sustainable world.
Season 5 registrations are now open.
